① Alkali refining operation: Adjust the oil temperature to around 60 ℃, then add 20-30Be alkaline solution (1kg caustic soda+5kg water alkaline solution) within 5-10 minutes, and stir at 60r/min for 5-10 minutes. Observe the formation and separation of soap particles after the reaction, and start slowly heating up, changing to slow stirring, increasing by about 1 ℃ per minute. When the temperature reaches 65 ℃, the separation of oil and soap is obvious, stop stirring, and start static precipitation of soap feet. Generally, it takes 4-6 hours to release soap feet.

② Washing operation: After releasing the soap feet, the oil should be further heated to 75 ℃, and then hot water with a weight greater than 5% of the oil should be added for washing. The water should be stirred while adding water, and the water temperature should be 5-10 ℃ higher than the oil temperature. If the water temperature is too low, it is easy to emulsify; After adding water, continue stirring for 5 minutes, then let it settle for 3-4 hours, release soapy water, and wash with water 1-2 times, depending on the quality of the clear oil.

③ Discoloration operation: Turn on the vacuum pump to make the vacuum ≥ 700mmHg; Firstly, the alkali oil that has been washed with water is sucked into the decolorization tank. Under vacuum, stirring and heating are turned on until the temperature reaches 100 ℃. Then, stirring is continued for 10 minutes to reduce the water content in the oil to below 0.1%. Then, a small amount of decolorizing agent (clay or activated carbon) is sucked in, usually 2% -4% of the oil content, and stirred for 20 minutes. After cooling to around 90 ℃, the vacuum is broken, and the decolorization pump is turned on to the filter machine for oil soil separation, obtaining decolorized oil.

④ Deodorization operation: The decolorized oil is vacuum sucked into the deodorization tank. When the vacuum degree reaches 755mmHg and the temperature is above 150 ℃, the bottom is opened and steam is directly distilled to start deodorization, and the timer is started;
