Process Operation Description:
- First, pump the waste lube oil after pre-treatment into a chemical reactor, add the chemical solution. Keep mixing the oil inside the distillation kettle. In the reaction make kettle the oil static after mixing, we have the impurities and part of the colloid at the bottom of reaction kettle separated. After this chemical catalyst treatment of oil, the oil will not be cracked even it is heated up to 400 degrees in the atmosphere. (in the atmosphere, without the treatment of the oil start to be cracked at 300 degrees, it is obviously declining the quality of recycled oil and recovery rate).
- After chemical treatment, the waste oil is heated by a distillation reactor, to control the oil temperature within 350 degrees through the heating furnace. As the temperature of the oil rises to around 55℃, the first cut off gasoline starts to release from the waste oil. As the temperature of the oil rises to around 110°C – 220°°C, the second cut of diesel are released from the batch. As the light oil cut tends to finish, there is a temperature rise indicating the completion of light oil. Lube Oil is the main product and its distillation starts at around 220°C and continues up to 350°C. The light base oil is distilled out around 220°C-300°C, and Most of the heavy lube oil distills out during 300°C -350°C. At the end of the process, the kettle bottom temperature begins to rise to mark its completion. Finally, the process ends when the residual material in the kettle does not vaporize, even at a temperature of around 350°C. At this point, the heating in the distillation process is stopped and the process is essentially complete. Can pump oil residual out to use as bitumen and heavy fuel oil. Output oil is light base oil and heavy base oil, like SN150 or SN300.

The working process of the oil purification machine
- Preheating
The engine oil purification machine uses two heating systems, one is to heat the distillation reactor with heat transfer oil. The engine oil purification machine needs to preheat the heat transfer oil for a certain period of time before starting up.
- Distilling
Heat the reactor with heat transfer oil and a burner at the same time. In a high temperature and oxygen-free environment, the distillation reactor will produce oil and gas after reaching a certain temperature.
- Cooling

- Purifying

- Decolorization and deodorization Feed the oil in the oil tank into the decolorizing pot, the white clay is added to stir to decolorize, and then the oil fully mixed with the white clay is pumped into the leaf filter to obtain a clear color oil, which is then finely filtered to remove impurities. You can get clean, bright non-standard diesel.
- Flue gas treatment
The flue gas produced by the heat-conducting oil furnace and the reactor is processed by the desulfurization tower and discharged into the atmosphere after meeting the national emission standards.

The main working process of waste engine oil distillation machine
- Feeding
Feeding liquid waste engine oil into distillation reactor by oil pump. Then run the heat conducting oil into the tubing and heat it.
- Heating
First, heating the waste engine oil by the conducting oil in the tubing which hovered in the distillation reactor. When reach a certain tempature, heat the distillation reactor from the bottom by fuel. This double heating method can save the preheating time of waste engine oil and shorten the operation time of the project.
- Catalytic cracking
As it is heated, the waste engine oil in the distiller produces oil gas, which is then pumped into the catalytic tower. With the action of catalyst in the catalytic tower, the waste engine oil will be catalytic cracking into small molecular oil gas.
- Cooling
As the reaction progresses, small molecules of oil gas generated in the reactor will enter the cooling system and be cooled into liquid oil. The liquid oil can be collected into oil tank directly.
- Desulfurization
The flue gas produced in the process of fuel combustion is purified by desulfurization & purification tower to ensure no pollution to the air.
- Slagging
After all the reactions are complete, the distillation left is oil residue, its main component is asphalt. Because we use a vertical reactor, the asphalt can be easily clean up.
