Working principle of small paper machine:
After being crushed and purified, the raw materials are sent to the papermaking machine for forming in the net section, dewatering the woolen cloth, drying in the dryer, wrinkling, and then rolled up. They are then rewound, cut, and packaged before being sold. The entire system is mechanically simple, structurally compact, and operates reliably, and wastewater can be effectively recycled and reused. Discharging water through sedimentation treatment can reduce pollution. But the cylinder paper machine is not suitable for the production of mid-range paper products.
Cylinder type paper machine refers to the paper making equipment using thermal oil as the medium to dry paper; It is characterized by the same operation as the cylinder, but the heat conduction efficiency of the thermal oil is higher.
What to pay attention to when using a small paper processing machine
When using a small paper machine, the following points should be noted:
- Equipment inspection and adjustment:
Before starting the paper machine, all roller surfaces should be inspected to ensure they are free of debris and wiped clean.
Check if each scraper is installed correctly to ensure proper contact with the cylinder surface during operation and correct operation during start-up and shutdown.

During the steam test run of the dryer, steam should be slowly introduced without exceeding the specified gauge pressure, and a steam water separator should be equipped to discharge cold water. During operation, it is necessary to avoid overpressure production and ensure that the drainage valve is not tightly closed to prevent the dryer from exploding.
- Paper quality and defect handling:
Adjust the tension of the paper machine mesh to ensure smooth operation of the paper on the mesh, and regularly clean the residue on the mesh.
Adjust the pressure and temperature of the press roller according to the paper requirements to ensure a smooth and uniform surface of the paper.
Monitor paper quality, promptly detect and handle defects on paper, and ensure that the quality of the factory paper meets standards.
- Safe operation and maintenance:
