The oil distillation machine is produced to distills the waste oil. It will use the oil that needs deep processing to preheat the waste oil through the oil pump, pump it into the reboiler, and catalyze the heating under negative pressure. The waste oil will be heated to the working temperature by coal-burning fuel oil or gas The steam comes out, the oil and gas enter the condenser through the tower, and the liquefiable part is condensed into refined oil. The non-liquefiable part is sent to the heating system through the gas system and burned. It won’t pollute the environment.

In our design, firstly, our clients need to heat the indirect heating system
Then the indirect heating system will transfer heat to reactor. And the heat will last for long time inside the reactor. Under high temperature, the crude oil will be pyrolysised into oil gas. Technology description
We use vacuum distillation to remove the contaminants in the used oil, it will reduce the pollution and recycle the oil for reuse. Vacuum distillation is a method of distillation that the pressure above the liquid mixture to be distilled is reduced to less than its vapor pressure (usually less than atmospheric pressure), causing evaporation of the most volatile liquids (those with the lowest boiling points).
The whole process is physical distillation, no acid and no chemical will be contained in clean oil. And the machine will distill out what the used oil contains, it won’t change the oil quality and components.

As with distillation, this technique separates compounds based on differences in boiling points. In general,water and dissolved low boiling point organic removed by atmospheric or moderate vacuum distillation. Lube oil is then recovered and fractionated by distillation. Light ends by products are commonly used for plant combustion fuels. Diesel and gasoline can be recovered as high quality by products after further advanced treatment. Residual streams form distillation can be used by asphalt industry as an asphalt flux to produce roofing asphalt,paving asphalt,insulating materials,and other asphalt based products.

Working Process:

  1. First pump the waste oil after pre-treatment into a chemical reactor , add chemical solution. Keep mixing the oil inside the reaction kettle. In the reaction kettle make the oil static after a mixing, we have the impurities and part of the colloid at the bottom of reaction kettle separated. After this chemical catalyst treatment of oil, the oil will not be cracked even it is heated up to 400 degrees in atmosphere. (in the atmosphere, without the treatment ,the oil starts to be cracked at 300 degree, it obviously declines the quality of recycled oil and recovery rate).
  2. After chemical treatment, the waste oil is heated by electric heater, to control the oil temperature within 330 degrees. As the temperature of the waste oil rises to around 55℃ ,first cut of gasoline start to release form the waste oil. As the temperature of the oil rises to around 110°C – 220°°C, the second cut of diesel oil are released. Base Oil is the main product and its distillation starts at around 220°C and continues up to 330°C. Light base oil are distilled out around 220°C-300°C,and heavy base oil distills out during 300°C -330°C. Finally, the process ends when the residual material in the waste oil does not vaporize. At this point, the heating in the distillation process is stopped and the process is essentially complete. We can pump oil residual out to use as bitumen and heavy fuel oil.

  1. Pour crude oil, waste oil, pyrolysis oil, used engine oil, etc. into the reactor and heat the reactor.
  2. When the temperature reaches a certain height, our waste oil to diesel plant will distill out light oil and gas, and some impurities.
  3. Light oil and gas are liquefied under high and low pressure and fall into the tank.
  4. Desulfurization and degreasing of the obtained diesel oil is a clean and transparent odor-free diesel product.
  5. A three-stage dust collector is used to remove dust from the flue gas generated during the combustion process to ensure that the emitted gas is free from pollution.

Through this waste oil to diesel plant working process we can get 85-90% diesel, 10% bitumen, 5% water and other impurities. They have a wide range of uses in life:

  1. Diesel: Mainly used for diesel generators, light fuel, heavy machinery.
  2. Asphalt: Mainly used for direct paving, or sent to asphalt refineries.

Workflow of waste oil distillation machine:

  1. Use heat conduction oil preheating system to preheat the entire system.
  2. When the temperature of the heat conduction oil reaches 250 degrees, keep it for about 1 hour so that the moisture and bad emulsifiable concentrate contained in the waste oil can be fully volatilized; Continue to heat the heat condution oil to make the temperature of the distillation reactor reach 290 degrees, turn on the burner to heat, and control the temperature of the distillation reactor between 380 degrees and 400 degrees, and the oil gas will generate;
  3. The oil gas are cooled down into diesel through the cooling system.
  4. Use catalyst to deodorize the diesel and white clay to decoloriza the diesel, then we can obtain clean and bright-color diesel.
  5. After the distillation reaction, the distillation residues in the distillation reactor is asphalt, which can be collected for road paving or sold to an asphalt plant for further refining.
