1. Remove the skin of green walnuts: Green skinned walnuts should not be exposed to sunlight, as dried walnuts are difficult to peel. Store walnuts in a cool place or indoors at a height of 30-50 centimeters, covered with walnut leaves or green grass. After 3-5 days, when the green skin is peeled off, it should be manually peeled off or cut off with a knife.
2. Rinse and air dry: After peeling, rinse with water in a timely manner. Remember to rinse here and do not soak for a long time.
