According to the different processing materials, plant protein beverages can be divided into four categories:

soybean milk
It is a product made from soybeans as the main raw material through processes such as grinding, refining, and deodorization, which is free of soybean odor. Its products are divided into pure soy milk, blended soy milk, and soy milk beverages.

Coconut milk

The difference between plant protein drinks and animal protein drinks:

Animal protein beverages are mainly dairy beverages, including yogurt, milk flavored beverages, lactic acid beverages, etc. The main problems are high sugar content, lack of dietary fiber in the raw materials themselves (grain breakfast milk or walnut milk may contain a small amount of dietary fiber due to the addition of plant-based ingredients), and besides yogurt and lactobacillus drinks, milk drinks cannot completely solve the problem of lactose intolerance.

Plant protein beverages mainly include nut based beverages and soy milk based beverages, which are rich in protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, vitamin E, plant sterols, isoflavones, saponins, potassium, magnesium, and B vitamins.
