1、 Nut baking process

The temperature for baking nuts must not be too high. Once the temperature is too high, it is easy for the outside to be burnt while the inside is not fully baked, and the fragrance cannot be fully brought out. More importantly, the heat resistance of unsaturated fatty acids in most nuts is extremely poor, and they may even lose their nutritional value after high temperatures.

In addition, once the nuts are roasted, they should be immediately transferred out of the roasting equipment for cooling to prevent the residual temperature of the roasting equipment from continuing to heat the nuts, causing them to be burnt and burnt. During the cooling process, the color of the roasted nuts gradually deepens to golden brown or dark brown.

2、 Drying machine

Principle: The oven is divided into two air ducts, each with a circulating air chamber. The left and right air ducts are equipped with air dividers and are equipped with a 0.75KW axial flow fan, a set of 12KW electric heaters, a 0.55KW dehumidification fan, and an independent circulating air inlet. When the control box is powered on to start the circulating fan and electric heater, under the forced ventilation circulation of the fan, the hot air heated by the top electric heating tube is evenly passed through the drying room with items in the drying car through the left fan of the box to heat the items. Under the action of hot air, the moisture inside and outside the items begins to evaporate, and the evaporated moisture is sucked in by the fan from the right fan and circulated back and forth. Part of the humid air is continuously discharged from the dehumidification fan at the top of the box, while fresh air from outside the box is constantly replenished through the air inlet. Another part of the humid air and the replenished fresh air are fully mixed and heated before entering the drying room for back and forth circulation. Thus achieving the purpose of drying (fixing) the item.
