Pre gelatinized modified starch production line process:
Mixing machine → Spiral elevator → Double screw puffing machine → Air blower → Multi layer drying box → Cooling conveyor → Crushing unit → Storage bin (packaging machine)
Process composition:
- Flour mixer: Mix starch (corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch, etc.) separately or partially with additives, add a certain amount of water, and stir thoroughly.
- Feeding machine: Using a motor as the power source for spiral conveying, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.
- Twin screw puffing machine: Under high temperature and high pressure environment and twin-screw extrusion, the starch structure in the mixed raw materials changes and becomes easily absorbed nutrients. It is extruded through a mold and the speed of the rotary cutting motor is adjusted until the size and length of the particles meet the customer’s requirements. The specific particle size and shape can be obtained by changing the mold. The twin-screw puffing machine adopts advanced variable frequency speed control technology, which is more energy-efficient and has more precise speed control. The current and speed of the motor during operation can be directly seen through the frequency converter panel, ensuring equipment safety.
