Drying process of honeysuckle dryer:

Phase 1: at 30-35 ℃; The temperature in the honeysuckle drying room increases from low to high. The humidity can be adjusted to 70%, and the temperature will be raised to around 40 ℃ after 2 hours;

Phase 2: After another 5-10 hours, the temperature is increased to 45-50 ℃ and maintained for 10 hours;

Phase 3: Raise to 55-58 ℃, not exceeding 60 ℃, starting at 35 ℃, gradually changing to 45 ℃, 55 ℃, and maintaining at 60-65 ℃.

During the entire process, the honeysuckle drying room can use indirect heating to achieve the drying effect of honeysuckle. At the same time, the humidity is the opposite. At the beginning, when the humidity is high, dehumidification should be increased. In the later stage, when the evaporation of moisture becomes smaller and smaller, the dehumidification intensity should be reduced.
