The main machines of this peanut frying processing line consist of Peanut Deep Fryer, Peanut De-Oiling Machine and peanut

Seasoning Machine. The process step is as below:

Soaking : elevator put peanut into soaking machine when water temperature get 97-98 degree. Peanut will through hot water for 3-5 minutes by conveyor belt.

Peeling: Distributive belt will be send soaked peanut into every peeling machine hopper to remove the red skin.

Picking: take out bad and red skin peanut from conveyor belt.

Drying: Dry surface of peanut in low temperature for 30-40 minutes before frying .moisture will get 13%.

Frying : Frying peanut for 5-6 minutes in 150-160 degree. Peanut moisture should 13% before frying.

De-oiling: remove extra oil from peanut

Flavoring : Mix salt and pepper with peanut

Cooling : cooling peanut till 30-40degree before packing.

Equipment features:

① Automatic feeding and unloading: Driven by a motor, the product is automatically fed, lifted and oiled after frying, and poured out, reducing the labor intensity of workers and ensuring the uniformity of product frying time.

② Automatic temperature control: Controlled by electronic control instruments, when the oil temperature is higher than the set temperature, the heating device stops heating. When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating device starts heating to ensure the frying temperature of the product and improve product quality.

③ Automatic mixing: Ensure the uniformity of product frying and prevent products from sticking to each other due to compression.
