Dried beans, also known as dehydrated beans, are usually made from two types of raw materials: cowpeas and adzuki beans. After being cooked at high temperatures, they are air dried or dried, and the finished product is black and fragile. Drying process of dried bean curd with a bean curd dryer:
1、 Select and clean beans
Select fresh, light green pods with long, straight, and symmetrical pods that do not turn white or soft, and whose seeds are not exposed. The harvested beans should be spread out and stacked to avoid overheating. Wash away impurities such as sediment from the beans with tap water.
2、 Hot ironing
Pour fresh green beans into boiling water and blanch them until they are fully immersed in the water. Flip them several times to ensure even heating without rotting. The cooking time is usually 3 minutes. Add baking soda to every 50 kilograms of green beans blanched. This is a traditional hot soup method, and we also have a blanching and withering machine for producing beans, which can achieve mechanization of the bean drying process.
3、 Cooling.
Quickly spread the blanched beans on a bamboo sieve and cool them while they are soft. Cool down as soon as possible.
4、 Bean drying machine for drying beans
- After evenly placing the cooled beans on the material tray, push them into the bean drying machine at a temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 40-50 minutes.
- The temperature of the bean drying equipment is 65-70 ℃, and the time is 30 minutes;
- The temperature of the soybean silk dryer is 70-80 ℃, and the drying time is usually about 3 hours until it is dried. The interval between two drying processes is 1-2 hours. During the drying process, the heat should be evenly distributed, and the upper and lower bamboo screens should be flipped 1-2 times to ensure even heating.
