Artificial rice production line, which can use various grains and cereals such as rice, millet, black rice, corn, buckwheat, etc. as raw materials, add various vitamins, proteins, and minerals for processing, squeeze, ripen, and shape in an extruder to regenerate new fortified rice. Its consumption method is the same as natural rice and is simpler and more convenient. It is both nutritious and more adaptable to the modern rhythm of life
Manufacturer of automatic artificial rice production line
There are two types of raw materials for artificial rice, one is to use various grains and cereals such as rice, millet, black rice, corn, buckwheat, etc. as raw materials. Another type refers to the addition of various nutrient enhancing substances to starch based raw materials, which are manually granulated, gelatinized, and dried to produce granules similar to natural rice.
Equipment configuration for artificial rice production line:
Powder mixer → spiral feeding → single screw extruder → vibrating screen → three-layer cooling box → air blower → multi-layer oven → air blower → polishing machine → air blower → vibrating screen → air blower → storage bin
The nutrition fortified rice production line uses various grain powders such as big Rice noodles and flour as raw materials to add some vitamins, trace elements and other high nutrition ingredients, which are mixed evenly and then extruded and cooked by an extruder to form nutrition fortified rice. After drying, the shape, appearance and taste of the rice are the same as those of natural rice, and the nutrition ingredients that natural rice lacks are supplemented. Special rice with different nutrition ingredients and certain functions can also be customized according to different people. We have two types of rice extruders: single screw rice extruders and twin-screw extruders. The rice produced by the single screw rice extruder is in a realistic and natural state, with a slightly lower yield of 100-120kG/H. and 280-300G/H. The rice produced by the twin-screw rice extruder has a slightly higher degree of maturity and ripens faster than natural rice, making it suitable for fast food. There are two types: 160-180kG/H and 300-320G/H The following is the data for single screw 100-120kG/H.

Raw materials for production
Using corn, green adzuki beans, red adzuki beans, millet, rice, and bitter buckwheat as raw materials, after screening and cleaning, corn peeling and navel removal, crushing, blending and stirring, puffing, and drying, the formula ratio (calculated by weight percentage) for each raw material is: 20-50% corn ultrafine powder; Green bean ultra-fine powder 5-25%; Red bean ultra-fine powder 10-30%; Corn ultrafine powder 2-9%; Rice ultrafine powder 15-40%; Tartary buckwheat ultrafine powder 2-18%. On the basis of fully ensuring the inherent protein, fat, carbohydrates, and dietary fiber of food, many trace elements required by the human body have been added, such as carotene, beta carotene, vitamin B1 B2、 The content of vitamins such as riboflavin, lysine, calcium, selenium, magnesium, iron, etc. is 5-10 times that of rice and wheat. It has a delicate taste, good palatability, fragrant rice flavor, strong appetite, easy absorption, low sugar, and low starch.
scope of application
Artificial rice, as a substitute for rice for human consumption, is not only suitable for ordinary households, but also particularly suitable for the needs of various special food groups such as field workers. It is available for people from different groups to choose from, especially for those who have been stationed or working in areas with supply difficulties such as plateaus, deserts, islands, and wilderness for a long time.
Production method
Mixing: According to the formula quantity, add the raw materials and nutrient fortifiers (approximately 127 grams of vitamin B, 6.5 grams of calcium, and 1 gram of lysine per 500 grams) into the mixer and mix thoroughly. Add an appropriate amount of warm water and a small amount of salt (0.2%), and stir thoroughly until the dough has a moisture content of 35-37%.
Granulation: The dough is pressed into a wide dough face using a roller press, and then sent to a granulator with a rice shaped concave mold (there are various types of granulators, such as roller and extrusion, with a long diameter of 0.8 cm and a short diameter of 0.3 cm for the rice grain concave mold of the roller granulator. The extrusion granulator is similar to the screw type macaroni extrusion molding machine, and the material is extruded from the mold hole after extrusion, but the process parameters are complex and the technical requirements are high). Under pressure, the dough face is pressed into rice grains, and then the rice grains are separated and screened using a separator to remove the powder.
Steaming: Steam treat rice grains with a moisture content of about 40% on a conveyor belt for 3-5 minutes to form a protective film and kill pests and microorganisms.
Drying: The drying temperature is generally 95 ℃, and the drying time is about 40 minutes. After drying, the moisture content of artificial rice should be reduced to about 13%, and then cooled to 11-1.5% before storage and consumption.
Product Features
Artificial rice weighs 1428-1432 grams per liter, with a specific gravity of 1.35 and a hardness of 6.0, similar to natural rice. It is also resistant to immersion and rubbing, and has a color, flavor, and aroma similar to natural rice. If mixed with natural rice, the effect is better.
