The pomegranate processing capacity is from 10TPD to 2000TPD. The end products are pomegranate concentrated juice, NFC clear juice and pomegranate wine. In recent years, pomegranate by-products processing like peels for animal food and seeds for oil extracting is more and more popular.

We adopt to belt press or vacuum pneumatic press for pomegranate juice extraction. The press can gently obtain the juice from the juice pulp. The juice yield rate is 50%-60%.

Raw materials: When purchasing fresh fruit pulp, attention should be paid to the variety and color. Fruits with rotten seeds cannot be used as processing materials.

Fruit washing: Before processing, the raw materials are manually selected to remove colorless seeds and partially rotten fruits, and rinsed with tap water.

Peeling: Using a pomegranate crushing and peeling machine to separate the pomegranate seeds from the separator, separating the separator from the seeds.

Beating and removing seeds: Pomegranate seeds soaked in water are sent to a double pass pulping machine through a scraper type material feeder, and then evenly mixed with an acidic agent to mash and remove seed skins. Mixing: In order to preserve the ground material for a longer period of time, preservatives are added to the mixing tank and stirred evenly The cyclic use of two blending tanks can ensure the continuity of production.

Vacuum degassing: After blending, the slurry is subjected to degassing treatment under a vacuum degree of not less than 0.07MPa, which can reduce the gas introduced by the slurry during beating and grinding, and reduce the coking phenomenon during oxygen and sterilization processes.

Sterilization: After degassing, the material is sterilized by sterilization equipment under appropriate conditions, and then hot filled with a plastic spatula in a sterile room, rapidly cooled to room temperature, and used as a backup raw material for producing pomegranate fruit juice drinks.
