Concentrated grape juice: The concentrated grape juice Brix value is 65-68, the end grape juice concentrate can be filled into bulk bags in drums, or jerry can bottle, and it is widely used for making RTD grape juice, sweet, wine as raw materials.
NFC grape juice: The NFC grape juice Brix value is 5-12, it uses fresh grapes as raw material. Fresh grape juice is obtained by mechanical pressing, then filtered, blended, sterilized and filled into small bottles, cans or cartons for direct consumption.

1、 Raw material screening and cleaning
High quality grapes are the foundation for making grape juice. The staff on the production line will strictly screen the grapes, remove damaged and spoiled grapes, and ensure the freshness and purity of the raw materials. Subsequently, the grapes will undergo multiple cleaning processes, including soaking, spraying, and scrubbing, to remove surface sediment and pesticide residues.
2、 Crushing and juicing
The cleaned grapes are sent to the crusher and crushed into grape slurry. During this process, the speed and blade design of the crusher are carefully adjusted to ensure the full crushing of grape skins and seeds, while avoiding excessive damage to the flesh that affects the taste. Next, the grape juice is juiced using a juicer to separate the grape juice from the flesh and skin.
3、 Clarification and filtering
The extracted grape juice contains solid impurities such as flesh and skin, which need to be removed through clarification and filtration processes. During the clarification process, grape juice will be left to settle for a period of time to allow impurities to settle to the bottom. Then, the grape juice is filtered through multiple layers of equipment to remove small particles and impurities, making the grape juice clearer and more transparent.
4、 Mixing and homogenization
In order to meet the taste needs of different consumers, grape juice is blended on the production line. This includes adding appropriate amounts of water, sugar, acidifiers, and other ingredients to adjust the sweetness, acidity, and taste of grape juice. Homogenization treatment can ensure uniform distribution of ingredients in grape juice, improve product stability and taste.
5、 Sterilization and filling
In order to ensure the hygiene and safety of high visibility grape juice, the production line will adopt high-temperature instantaneous sterilization technology to sterilize the grape juice. During this process, grape juice will reach high temperatures in a short period of time, killing bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in it. Subsequently, the grape juice enters the filling process and is poured into cleaned bottles through automated filling equipment. During the filling process, the equipment strictly controls the amount of grape juice and the sealing of the bottles to ensure the quality of each bottle of grape juice.
6、 Cooling and Storage
The filled grape juice will enter the cooling stage, where it will be rapidly cooled by cold air or water to quickly reduce the temperature of the grape juice to a suitable storage range. The cooled grape juice will be sent to the warehouse for storage, waiting for subsequent transportation and sales.
7、 Quality Inspection and Marketing
