Working principle of lycopene production line
- Extraction principle: Heating method: Electric heating. Reflux extraction: the secondary steam foam trap generated in the tank enters the condenser for condensation, then enters the cooler, volatile oil separator in turn, and then enters the metering tank, and can return to the extraction tank as required; Light oil is manually controlled to be discharged from the discharge outlet through a sight gauge. This loop terminates the extraction process. After extraction, the extracted liquid is sucked into the intermediate storage tank through a vacuum pump. Then extract the tank for a secondary extraction operation.
- Concentration principle: The second extraction liquid is sucked into the intermediate storage tank through vacuum, just like before. Then open the slag discharge port of the extraction tank and discharge the medicine residue completely. Then, using vacuum, the extracted liquid from the storage tank is pumped into the extraction tank twice, and the liquid inside the tank is concentrated under vacuum, just like extraction. After reaching the required concentration index, it can be directly discharged or stored again in the intermediate storage tank for backup.
