L-CNG vehicle refueling station is a system for refueling CNG vehicles with liquefied natural gas as the gas source. Process flow
The liquefied natural gas delivered by the LNG tanker is supercharged by the LNG unloading supercharger, liquefied in natural pressure into the LNG cryogenic liquid pump using the principle of pressure difference, and the return air valve of the cryogenic liquid pump is opened to start precooling. The pre-cooled and vaporized natural gas of the LNG cryogenic liquid pump is emptied through the EAG heater. When the precooling temperature is reached, the LNG cryogenic liquid pump will automatically start. The liquefied natural gas is pressed into a high-pressure low-temperature carburetor, and pressurized to become high-pressure gaseous natural gas, and stored in the storage cylinder group, and then filled into various CNG modified cars or natural gas steel through the gas filler

Process flow:
- Unloading process
1) Self-pressurized unloading: There is a supercharger to pressurize the LNG tanker and transfer the LNG in the tanker to the LNG storage tank of the refueling station.
2) Cryogenic pump unloading: the LNG in the LNG tanker is transferred to the LNG storage tank of the refueling station by the LNG pump. - Pressure regulation process
During unloading, LNG pump is used to extract part of LNG from the storage tank through the LNG gasifier to adjust the pressure and enter the storage tank. When the saturation pressure of the storage tank reaches the set pressure, the gasification stops. - Gas filling process
The LNG in the storage tank is extracted by the LNG pump, and the LNG is added to the car through the LNG refueling machine.
