Process flow of nitrogen production unit system
System 1: Compressed Air:
Firstly, the raw air is compressed by a screw air compressor and then enters the air buffer tank to ensure smooth gas supply.
System 2. Purification device: (integrated pry and install)
After the compressed air enters the precision filter to remove most of the oil, water, and dust, it then enters a refrigerated dryer to reduce the atmospheric dew point of the compressed air to around -23 ℃, removing a large amount of moisture. After being filtered by two oil mist filters, the oil content is reduced to ≤ 0.01ppm and the dust content is reduced to ≤ 0.01 μ m. Then, it is filtered by an activated carbon filter (filled with acidic activated carbon) to remove harmful gases such as acid and alkali, as well as micro oil mist, to reduce the oil content to ≤ 0.001ppm
System 3: Nitrogen production and buffering system: (integrated pry and install)
The clean compressed air first enters the air buffer tank, and then enters two pressure swing adsorption separation towers filled with adsorbents (imported carbon molecular sieves, composite bed structure), namely the nitrogen generator. Compressed air enters from the bottom of the adsorption tower, and after being diffused by a special multi-layer stainless steel air diffuser, it uniformly enters the adsorption tower for oxygen and nitrogen adsorption and separation. Then, nitrogen gas flows out from the outlet end. This process undergoes pressure equalization and decompression (to atmospheric pressure), and the adsorbent removes the adsorbed impurity components (mainly oxygen), completing the regeneration of the adsorbent. Two adsorption towers operate alternately in a cyclic manner, continuously feeding in raw air and producing nitrogen gas continuously.
The nitrogen gas from the nitrogen production unit enters the nitrogen buffer tank and is filtered through a precision filter to obtain clean nitrogen gas with a purity of 95-99.999% and a production capacity of 5-3000Nm3/h. Its output pressure is 0-0.8MPa (adjustable), atmospheric dew point is ≤ -45 ℃, oil content is ≤ 0.001ppm, and dust content is ≤ 0.01 μ m
