Fully automatic cocktail production line manufacturer
The gas-containing beverage washing, filling and sealing unit is a new product developed after years of production experience on the basis of the introduction, digestion and absorption of similar products. The unit is a combination of three single machines for washing, filling and sealing and is driven by a drive motor. With a high degree of automation, compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation and maintenance, continuous adjustable production capacity and other advantages, cocktail production line equipment, cocktail production equipment is currently a more ideal gas-containing beverage production equipment. It has a wide range of application, filling polyester bottles (bottle type can be round and square), sealing with screw cap (refers to polyester bottles).
Classification of cocktails
- Fruit juice cocktail: refers to cocktails containing 2.5% or more fruit juice
- Fruit flavored cocktail: mainly flavored with spices, with a juice content of less than 2.5%
- Cola type cocktail: containing kola fruit, white lemon, bay leaf, caramel coloring
Main equipment for cocktail production
- Water treatment equipment (clarification, filtration and purification, etc., as mentioned earlier for water treatment)
- Syrup mixing equipment (sugar pot, interlayer pot, ingredient tank)

The main structure and process of cocktails
- This machine consists of a base, a liquid level gauge, a static mixer, a storage tank, an electrical control system (equipped with ball valves, solenoid valves, check valves), and other components.
Its main process flow:
Cold water multi-stage pump, static mixer, storage tank, cooling syrup
(1) Product System Description
Inlet section: Cold water enters the pre carbonization tank in a spray form through a filter, water pump, and one-way valve. Here, CO2 is initially mixed in the chilled water, which also replaces the oxygen in the chilled water and extends the shelf life of the beverage.
Entering the syrup section: The frozen syrup enters the syrup tank through a filter, syrup pump, and one-way valve. The liquid level is automatically controlled by a float level controller to start and stop the syrup pump at high and low levels.
(2) Carbonization pump inlet section
The pre carbonation water ratio regulating valve and check valve enter the inlet of the carbonation pump, and the syrup enters the inlet of the carbonation pump through the syrup ratio regulating valve, ball valve, and snap back valve. The opening of the two ratio regulating valves is adjusted, and the water and syrup are in a constant ratio. The initial pump draws and mixes evenly. During production, if the downtime is too long, the ball valve for the syrup outlet must be closed to prevent water from flowing into the syrup.
(3) Carbon pump outlet section:
The sugar and water mixed in proportion are pressurized by a carbonation pump, and then statically mixed in a storage tank through a quantitative valve, flow meter, and check valve to maintain pressure, allowing CO2 to be fully dissolved in the beverage.
(4) Electrical control system
The electrical control of this machine adopts conventional relay and contactor control circuits, which can automatically coordinate and command the work of various parts of the machine, such as water inlet, syrup inlet, mixed carbonation gas, and use red and green indicator lights to indicate the liquid level in the pre carbonation tank, syrup tank, and storage tank. The main circuit of the electrical system uses 36V DC power to send the electric motor to each relay, which generates much less heat than relays that use AC power, extending the service life of the electrical appliance and improving the reliability of the entire machine operation
