Release the dough and it will disperse. Then add cornmeal and bacterial strains. The purpose of cornmeal is to increase sugar content for bacterial fermentation, allowing multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria to quickly gain an advantage.

2、 Add the prepared mixture to the mixer and stir it thoroughly without leaving any lumps.

3、 The mixed ingredients are stacked into long strips with a width of 1.5-2 meters and a height of 0.8-1.0 meters, and thrown every 2 days using a flipping machine.

4、 Stacking takes 2 days to heat up, 4 days to be odorless, 7 days to loosen, 9 days to become fragrant, and 10 days to become fat.

  1. On the second day of stacking, the temperature can reach 60 ℃ -80 ℃, killing diseases and pests such as Escherichia coli and insect eggs;
  2. On the the fourth day, the odor of feces was eliminated; On the seventh day, the compost became loose and dry, covered in white mycelium;
  3. On the ninth day, a wine yeast aroma was emitted;
  4. On the tenth day, the bacterial fertilizer fermented and matured.

5、 After a little drying, it can be crushed by a semi wet material crusher, granulated by an organic fertilizer granulator, dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and then screened by a screening machine. The finished organic fertilizer is ready and can be packaged and stored.

Screening and return system
