The ingredient control system starts from 11 silos, where the material is in powder form, Each silo uses a spiral feeder to feed the measuring hopper. To prevent material blockage, each silo is equipped with a mixer, and the parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. After the batching process is completed, the material is automatically discharged into the corresponding container, reducing dust pollution to a low limit.

Each raw material warehouse is equipped with an automatic level detection sensor, which automatically alerts when the level reaches the lower limit. This system is designed for fully automatic operation control.

After selecting the relevant formula number, the operator only needs to press the “Start” and “Unload” buttons. The batching system can automatically control the corresponding screw conveyor of the weighing batching system to input materials into the measuring hopper according to the set formula, thus completing automatic batching.
