Flour Mixer system
Flour ,water combined and mixed full. There are two types, small one match single shaft flour mixer, big model match double shaft flour mixer .Mixing tank ,shaft ,mixing gear made of stainless steel 304 . And door open type include air discharge and manual way. There is also double speed design, match motor and gear box.
Through the positive pressure, the flour is quantitated and quickly sent to the dough mixer by air. The transportation distance is far, the flour pollution is reduced, the environment is clean, and the labor intensity is reduced.
Mix flour and water evenly, double shaft multi-section and multi-speed, can set a variety of speeds, flour mixing is more uniform, conducive to the next step of the dough rolling process
Aging Machine
Dough aging, improve the elasticity of the flour. The function is that storing flour and feeding dough pressing machine . There are also two types,round disk aging machine and belt aging machine.
Flour Rolling machine
New type dough pressing machine, cold hard alloy cast steel for rollers,stainless steel 304 for feeding hopper.
Automatic dough feeding, automatic adjustment for dough thickness. With photoelectric control, independent motor transmission, integrated circuit touch screen control. The whole machine is wrapped in a protective cover, which is safe and hygienic.
The formed dough belt is continuously rolled into a dough belt with a certain thickness by multiple rollers, and then the noodle knife cut it into noodles, the dough belt is automatically fed among the rollers, and the power automatically adjusts the dough belt tension.
Single side synchronous adjustment is convenient, multi-stage production is convenient for transportation and assembly, operation stable.
Steaming machine
We can choose three layer steaming machine or single layer steaming machine accord client’s workshop size. The single layer noodle steamer length is usually three times than three layer noodle steamer. For example, if three layer noodle steamer is 8 meters long, then single layer noodle steamer will be 24 meters long. The picture is a three layer noodle steamer .Steaming groove,cover,spray pipe, conveying chain,net belt,orbit,exhaust pipe, exhaust cover, net belt washing tank made of stainless steel 304. Machine can lift and go down. It’s very convenient to clean it.
The corrugated and divided noodles are sent to the steam box on the net belt, and the noodles are gelatinized and the corrugated surface is fixed by steam heating.
Overall upper cover lift type box, easy to clean, water seal structure, no need to replace the seal strip.
The whole line can save energy up to 23% thanks to the new design of pipeline arrangement.
Cutting and dividing machine
There are two types ,one is square noodle cutting machine and the other is cup noodle cutting machine.
Cutting, folding, forming noodles into noodle cake and dropping into fryer noodle boxes automatically.
Square noodle cutting machine :centralized oil supply, arc folding knife, curve drive.
Round noodle cutting machine:two cuts one noodle cake,three times stretch,include sparying pipe,water receiving pan and axial flow fan.
Counterweight cutting folding structure, stable operation, can cooperate with the production line to achieve high cutting speed, stable and reliable into the noodle mold.
Square or round noodle cakes with different diameter and thickness can be customized according to the needs. After being cut into the noodle mold, it needs to be blown and reshaped before entering the frying stage.
Frying machine
Include:steam heat system,automatic temperature control and oil feeding,oil pot lift and go down automatically
Material: Noodle boxes made of stainless steel 304 . oil system like oil pot,oil pipe,oil tank,heat exchanger can be made by carbon steel or stainless steel 304
There are observation windows on both sides of the lift type frying machine, and the opening mode is clamshell type.
The noodle mold adopts counterweight self-hanging tension, the oil return of the oil pan adopts the method which is collected in the middle and then discharged from the side.
With roller type slag filter + fine filter, oil circuit circulation, energy saving and no peculiar smell.
Cooling machine
Function: make finished noodle cake temperature down to room temperature.
Centralized exhaust, equipped with two intake fans on the side, runs in a cycle process. The entire machine is designed beautifully with blue transparent organic glass.
Material: There are two types , net belt type and rod pushing type.

The deep-fried noodle cakes are cooled by strong air to cool them quickly and make the temperature of the them close to room temperature for easy packing and storage.
Blower can be used for cooling by blow down or side and then up-draft, to ensure product hygiene.
