It consists of four main parts: automatic dispensing system, fertilizer mixing device, automatic quantitative | sewing device, main control cabinet, and production line main control system.

Automatic fertilizer mixing system: Automatically complete the mixing of multiple raw materials according to the specified weight ratio.

Fertilizer mixing device: The prepared fertilizer is automatically discharged into the mixer, and the overall control system automatically controls the mixing and discharging process. The length of mixing time and discharging time can be digitally set to ensure uniform mixing.

Automatic quantitative and sewing device: The mixed fertilizer is automatically lifted to the packaging machine bin, and the packaging scale fills the material into the packaging bag according to the set weight. It is then transported to the sewing machine station by the conveyor for automatic sewing, completing the quantitative packaging process.

The overall control cabinet and production line control system: achieve automation of the entire ingredient packaging line, ensuring its continuous, efficient, and stable operation. The main control cabinet is sealed to prevent water and dust.
